Disputing A Will

Sometimes a situation arises in which you feel that a Will was not an accurate reflection of a deceased’s wishes.  This may lead you to believe:

• there has been undue pressure applied to the deceased in preparing the Will

• When the Will was made the deceased was not mentally capable of understanding the implications of the Will

• You were a dependent of the deceased and the Will does not provide for you.

• The Will is invalid due to some technical reason i.e. not signed/witnessed correctly.
